I’ve been asked several times about a list of articles for people in IT Operations that want to learn more about agile methodologies and how to apply them for IT systems and automation projects.

Keep in mind, that while agile methodologies have been around for a while, they’ve been applied more in software development and data science teams. Even basic terminology like product owners, user stories, and story points feel foreign in the IT Ops world of improving end-user computing, automating infrastructure, patching systems, addressing security risks, enabling AIOps platforms, upgrading enterprise systems, and improving ITSM processes.
